To make these pizza pockets, we start with a store bought dough or you can use your favorite pizza dough recipe and then roll it out. You may face problems in rolling the dough and if you do, my tip would be to let the dough rest for a bit and then try again. It should roll out easily then. Once you have rolled out the dough, simple cut it into rectangles, fill it with the filling, cheese, Pace® Picante Sauce and bake! It’s that easy to make these.
And don’t they look perfectly shareable? That is what makes them so perfect for the Big Game. Whenever it comes to feeding a crowd, I prefer recipes which do not take much time to put together. I am sure no one wants to slog in the kitchen while everyone else enjoys the game. So these pizza pockets are perfect that way. You can even make the filling in advance and that way you just have to roll out the dough and bake these when it’s time to eat.
