Pasta is everyone’s favorite quick meal. I know we all have those days when we simply don’t know what to cook for dinner and that’s when pasta comes to the rescue. The weather has been really weird here, I mean I thought it was spring and it was supposed to be warm. This dish brings back so many memories. Aloo matar tehri is a kind of vegetable pilaf especially popular in the state of Uttar Pradesh (UP) in India.
