Ingredients for Pickled Onions

–Red onion  –White vinegar –Water –Granulated white sugar  –Salt

Ingredients for Cilantro Chutney

–Cilantro hard  –Mint leaves  –Yogurt milk or almond milk –Green chili  –Ginger –Sugar –Salt  –Almonds 

Ingredients for Jackfruit

Green jackfruit,Kashmiri red chili powder,Turmeric,Oil,Cinnamon stick,Cardamom,Mustard seeds,Red onion,Ginger ,Garlic cloves,Green chili,Curry leaves,Salt,Water,Tomato paste,Coriander powder,Cumin powder,Garam masala,Paprika,Sugar,Cilantro  and Lime juice

first slice the onions thin.

Add all ingredients needed for chutney into a blender

Drain the canned jackfruit using a strainer. Then using a fork or your hands, shred the pieces.
