1. Before you start, pre-heat the oven to 350 F degrees and line a 12-count muffin pan with cupcake liners.

2. Now to the steel bowl of your stand mixer add yogurt  and sugar.

3. Using the paddle attachment of your stand mixer, mix on medium speed for 2 to 3 minutes until everything is well combined.
