Ingredients

cups
International Delight Iced Coffee - Mocha
2-3
scoops chocolate ice cream
few ice cubes
1/4
teaspoon
mint extract
whipped cream
3/4
cup
heavy cream

tablespoon
granulated white sugar
mint leaves, to garnish
chocolate syrup, optional, to garnish
Instructions
To a blender add International Delight Iced Coffee - Mocha and then add scoops of your favorite chocolate ice cream.
Add in the mint extract and some ice cubes and blend away till completely smooth. Set aside.
Add cold heavy cream to the steel bowl of your stand mixer [or use your hand mixer]. Start beating the cream using the wire whisk attachment.
Add granulated sugar and mix. Beat the cream till it forms peaks.
Pour the mocha mint frappe into glasses and top with homemade whipped cream.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves and drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired.
