In a bowl whisk together mascarpone cheese, honey and heavy cream till well combined. Set aside.
Heat butter in a pan of medium heat. Once the butter melts, stir in the honey and vanilla extract and mix till everything is well combined.
Brush the mixture on all the peaches. The peaches should have been cut in half and pitted before you do this.
Place the peaches on the grill with the buttered side facing down. Also make sure to spray the grill with a non-stick spray else the fruit would stick to it. Y
Grill for 4-5 minutes or till the peaches get nice grill marks on them.
Remove the peaches from the grill and now brush with the butter mixture on the other side.
Place the peaches back on the grill again, the buttered side being down again.
Grill again for 5-6 minutes or till they become nice and soft.
Remove the peaches from grill, top with prepared mascarpone cheese, sprinkle some cinnamon powder on top, garnish with mint leaves and serve.
