Ingredients

old fashioned rolled oats

teaspoon
cinnamon powder

salt

honey

vanilla extract

coconut oil

Blue Diamond Wasabi & Soy Sauce Almonds

raisins
½
cup
white chocolate chips
½
cup
dried cranberries
Instructions
In a bowl toss together oats, salt and cinnamon powder. Set aside.
In a pan on medium heat, mix together honey, vanilla extract and coconut oil. Heat till the mixture is slightly warm.
Remove from heat and pour the mixture into the bowl of oats. Mix well till the oats are well moistened.
Spread the moistened oats on to a baking tray. Spread in a single layer.
Bake at 325 F degrees for 25-30 minutes, without stirring.
Remove from oven and let the granola cool down. Once it has cooled down, break it into clusters with your hand.
Add Blue Diamond Wasabi & Soy Sauce Almonds, raisins, cranberries, white chocolate chips and mix till everything is well combined.
Store the granola snack mix in an airtight container and enjoy!
