¼cuptoasted shredded coconut
1.5tablespoonschocolate chip

Instructions
To a food processor add dates and nuts. If the dates you are using are dry, soak them in warm water for 10 minutes before using.
Pulse the dates and nuts mixture. Don't grind it too much, you want to bite into the nuts.
Add coconut oil and pulse.
To this mixture now add 1 single serving packet of EAS Lean 15 protein powder. I used vanilla cream flavor. Pulse to combine.
Transfer mixture to a plate. At this point you can add little water if the dough isn't coming together. Add only 1/2 tablespoon at first and more only if required.
Add chocolate chips and make a dough.
Divide the dough into 9-10 equal balls. I used a cookie scoop to get equal sized balls.
Roll these no bake protein balls into toasted shredded coconut.
Keep the protein balls into the refrigerator for 2-3 hours before eating! Keep them refrigerated.
