Nutella French Toast
Stuffed Nutella French Toast with fresh Strawberries. Indulgent breakfast at it's best!

Ingredients

thick slices of bread [any bread of choice]
cinnamon sugar mix
3
tablespoons
granulated white sugar
½
teaspoons
cinnamon powder
custard
2
large eggs
2
tablespoons
granulated white sugar
½
cup
+ 3-4 tablespoons milk
½
cup
heavy cream or half & half
pinch
of salt
stuffing
⅔
cup
nutella
4
oz
cream cheese
softened
15-20 strawberries, sliced
Instructions
In a bowl whisk together milk, heavy cream and eggs.
Add sugar and salt and whisk till well combined. Set aside the custard.
In a plate, combine sugar and cinnamon powder and set aside.
In another bowl, add nutella and softened cream cheese.
Whisk till the mixture is smooth and set aside.
Heat your griddle pan on medium heat. Melt some butter on it.
Take a bread slice and dip it in the prepared custard from both sides.
Place the dipped bread on the hot griddle pan.
Cook till both sides turn golden brown.
Remove the bread from pan and immediately dip it in the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Coat well on both sides.
Repeat the same with the second bread. Both breads should be coated with the cinnamon-sugar mixture from both sides.
Apple 2-3 teaspoons of nutella filling on both the breads and place some sliced strawberries on top.
Repeat the whole process with the remaining breads till the custard is over
Cut into slices and serve the stuffed nutella french toast with more fresh strawberries and maple syrup.
