Greek Yogurt Chickpeas Topped Crackers
Easy and healthy post workout snack bites, topped with greek yogurt, chickpeas, tomato & avocado!

Ingredients

avocado
chopped into small pieces

cup
chickpeas
½
cup
greek yogurt

crackers [I used breton gluten-free original with flax crackers]
dried mint
to sprinkle (optional)
Instructions
In a bowl whisk the greek yogurt till smooth.
Add in the chickpeas and mix thoroughly.
Arrange the crackers and spoon the yogurt chickpeas mixture on top using approximately 1 tablespoon per cracker.
Top with chopped tomatoes, avocado and sprinkle dried mint on top (optional).
Enjoy immediately.
