Spices: 1/2-1 tsp of anything you like - garlicchaat masala, cayenne, cinnamon-sugar etc.
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 F degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Set aside.
Wash, peel and cut the sweet potato into thin slices. Try to keep all the slices of equal size and shape so that they take same amount of time to bake.
Put the slices in a zip lock or in a bowl and add cornstarch. Toss so that potato slices are nicely covered with cornstarch.
Add spices, oil and toss the potato slices again.
Place the sweet potatoes on the baking tray. Leave little spaces in between as you line them on the baking tray.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping them once in between.
