Ingredients

almonds

dried cranberries

coconut flakes

instant oats

cinnamon powder

peanut butter

Instructions
Pulse the almonds in a food processor till roughly chopped. Don't crush them too much. Take them out of the processor and set aside.
Now to the same processor add peanut butter, cinnamon powder, oats, coconut flakes and dates and pulse to combine.
Add cranberries and roughly chopped almonds and pulse once to combine.
Transfer mixture to a bowl. Take a pinch and shape it into round ball. Repeat till entire mixture is finished.
Keep the energy bites refrigerated.
