Ingredients

milk
I used 2% milk
1/2
cup
water
1.5
tablespoon
rose syrup
pinch
cardamom powder
2
tablespoons
vanilla protein powder
chia seeds
optional
Instructions
Add milk and water to a Shaker Bottle.
Add rose syrup, cardamom powder and vanilla protein powder. Also add chia seeds if using.
Place the mixer in the shaker and tighten the cap.
Shake the bottle till everything is well combined.
