Ingredients

cauliflower head
small, cut into florets
for the batter
⅓

all purpose flour

tablespoons
corn starch

black pepper

teaspoon
cumin powder

- 2 tablespoons water

teaspoon
salt or to taste
for the hot sauce mix

tablespoons
hot sauce [I used el yucateco red habanero hot sauce]

tablespoon
tomato ketchup

tablespoon
honey
1
tablespoon
canola oil
2/3 cup bread crumbs
creamy cucumber dip, to serve
Instructions
In a bowl whisk together flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper and cumin powder. Add water to form a smooth paste.
Dip cauliflower florets into the batter and place on a baking tray.
Bake at 450 F degrees for 10 mins, flip the florets and bake another 10 minutes.
Mix together El Yucateco Red Habanero Hot Sauce, tomato ketchup, honey and canola oil in a bowl.
Toss the the baked cauliflower florets into hot sauce mix and then immediately roll into bread crumbs.
Place on a grill pan and grill till all wings have grill marks on them.
Serve spicy cauliflower wings immediately with creamy cucumber dip.
