Line a 9 x 13 inch baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
Chop the white chocolate and semi-sweet chocolate. Place the white chocolate in a bowl and set aside.
Melt the white chocolate using double boiler method or in the microwave.
For double boiler method place bowl on top of a pan of simmering water (not boiling) and whisk the chocolate till completely melted. If using microwave stir the chocolate every 15 seconds till completely melted.
Add crushed peppermint candy to the melted white chocolate and mix.
Also met the semi-sweet chocolate side by side.
Pour the melted chocolate-peppermint mixture onto the prepared pan and spread it into a thin layer using a spatula.
Now pour the melted semi-sweet chocolate randomly over the white chocolate.
Take a spatula or knife and run it through the the pan to form a marble effect/design.
You first go length wise and then go side wise. Keep doing till you are happy with the final look. Sprinkle crushed candy canes ton top.
Place the pan in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours or till completely set.
Once set, break into pieces of different shapes and size.
I like to keep the barks in the refrigerator but you don't have to.
