Watermelon Cooler
Beat the heat with this refreshing watermelon drink.

Ingredients
½
watermelon
cut into cubes [around 3 cups]

mint leaves
some more to garnish

lemon juice
black salt
to taste or use salt instead

water
Instructions
Cut watermelons into cubes. I used 1/2 of regular size watermelon that we get in USA and it came to around 3 cups.
Blend together watermelon cubes, mint leaves, lemon juice, water and black salt till smooth.
Strain the mixture using a strainer.
Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled.
