Summer is almost here and it's time to try these 4 new exciting lassi flavors! Whether its Saffron, Rose or Pineapple Ginger, each of these lassi is refreshing & sure to cool you down on a hot summer day!
1/4cupsaffron watermade by mixing warm water with generous pinch of saffron strands
2tablespoonssugaror to taste

Rose Lassi
1cupyogurtuse plain whole milk yogurt
1/4cupcold water
2tablespoonsrose syruplike roohafza

Pineapple Ginger Lassi
1cupyogurtuse plain whole milk yogurt
1/2cupchopped pineappleI used fresh pineapple
1/4inchgingerchopped
2-3tablespoonssugaror to taste
pinchcardamom powder
pinchblack saltoptional
Raspberry Coconut Lassi
3/4cupyogurtuse plain whole milk yogurt
1/3cupcoconut milk
1/2cupraspberries
2tablespoons sugaror to taste
pinchcardamom powder
Instructions
Saffron Lassi
Make saffron water by mixing warm water with a generous pinch of saffron. To a large measuring jar/blender, add yogurt, saffron water, sugar and cardamom powder.
Blend it all together. I used my immersion blender. Pour into serving glass, garnish with saffron strands and enjoy! [PS: you may use some ice cubes since we don’t use ice cold water here]
Rose Lassi
To a large measuring jar/blender, add yogurt, cold water, rose syrup and cardamom powder.
Blend it all together using a blender. Pour into serving glass, drizzle with more rose syrup and serve.
Pineapple Ginger Lassi
To a measuring jar/blender, add yogurt, pineapple, ginger, sugar, cardamom and pinch of black salt (optional).
Blend it all together using a blender. Pour into serving glass and serve!
Raspberry Coconut Lassi
To a measuring jar/blender, add yogurt, coconut milk, raspberries, sugar and cardamom.
Blend it all together using a blender. Pour into serving glass, garnish with a raspberry and serve!
