Strawberry Mango Salsa
Fresh Strawberry Mango Salsa is a refreshing salsa made with mangoes and strawberries! This salsa tastes amazing with chips and is just the best way to use summer fruits!

Ingredients

mangoes
around 900 grams, diced

strawberries
diced

jalapeño
seeded and finely chopped
1

red onion
diced, around 1/2 cup diced onion
1/4
cup
packed cilantro
finely chopped
juice of 1 lime
salt
to taste
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the mangoes, strawberries, jalapenos, red onion and cilantro.
Add the juice of 1 lime and salt to taste. Mix well.
Serve salsa with chips or enjoy as such! You may leave the salsa to rest for 15-20 minutes for the flavors to combine.
