Vegetarian Indian Cooking with Your Instant Pot® features 75 Indian Vegetarian & Vegan Recipes made in the Instant Pot!

Whether it’s your favorite Indian takeout or the regular lentils and beans, the book shows you how easy it is to cook your favorite Indian meal in the Instant Pot.

Each recipe has full color photo and clear step-by-step instructions. There are also tips to make most recipes vegan (if they aren’t to begin with!). Sometimes a substitute is as easy as replacing ghee with oil.

  1. The best Indian Instant Pot Cookbook as I have said before! I also closely follow your blog and all the new recipes you post. Love all the recipes in this book and refer it to it daily for meal planning. I love the Khatti Meethi Gujarati Dal recipe the best!

Some of my favourites are Kheer, quinoa kichdi, thai peanut noodles to name a few. Given that I am vegetarian, would love to try more recipes if I can get a copy of your cookbook. Thank you!

    I think my favorite overall was the Masala Mac N cheese! It was a huge hit with my father and brother in law and my husband. It didn’t even last one day!! I even made a double batch of it. I’ve made many things, like the chutneys and palak paneer.
    I can’t wait to cook more from it 🙂

  20. My favorite is your instant pot Ethiopian lentil. I was looking for a shortcut to enjoy my Ethiopian dishes and tried your recipe. It tastes just like the one we’re used to back home.

  23. Thai peanut noodles. It is awesome. I can make the sauce ahead and the sauce is so versatile that it can be made with noodles or rice.
