In my opinion, Nutella is great with anything and everything. It’s just so delicious and if you add it to your food, the flavor just doubles up. Maybe I am biased because I love Nutella way too much but seriously how can you not love it? It’s so damn good! My favorite way to eat Nutella is with my spoon straight from the jar, in fact at times my husband has to snatch away the jar from me in case I end up finishing the whole thing in one go. It is possible you know, I think I can finish the entire jar in one go if left to me.
Other than eating it with a spoon, I also include it in a lot of recipes, like these Raspberry Nutella Crepes or these Banana Cupcakes With Nutella Whipped Cream Frosting. My new favorite way to eat Nutella is with milk. Actually it’s a good way for me to drink some milk, I hate milk otherwise. Well maybe not so much now, but when I was a kid my mom had to struggle a lot to make me drink milk.
Coming to this milkshake, you only need 3 ingredients: 1 large ripe banana, 2 tablespoons of Nutella and milk. Because the banana was sweet and also there’s so much sugar in nutella the milkshake turned out quite sweet, I didn’t need to add any extra sugar. I would recommend using a ripe banana for this shake, gives a better flavor. You can whip up this milkshake in 2 minutes and I am sure even if you don’t like milk (like me!) you will still like this milkshake.
* The quantity of Nutella can be adjusted to taste, so you can even add an extra tablespoon for a stronger Nutella flavor.
* You can add a little vanilla if you like.
