Navratri

The Hindu festival of Navratri, which occurs twice a year in the months of March/April and October/November, is a nine-day long celebration dedicated to the worship of the Hindu goddess Durga and her nine incarnations. It is a time for fasting, prayer, and reflection for many people who observe this festival. In this collection of Navratri recipes, we have curated a selection of delectable dishes that are perfect for those who are fasting during this auspicious time.
